Join us for a free drop-in advice session every First Thursday every other Month (commencing September) - No appointment necessary!
A range of support is available for families living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
By working alongside local communities, other professionals, and the voluntary sector, Family Hubs aim to provide the right help at the right time for you and your family. 💛
Support is available from pregnancy onwards for families with children and young people aged 0 to 19, or up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
Early Help support teams are based in Family Hubs across the BCP area and work in partnership with local services to help parents and carers build confidence, resilience, and develop skills.
