• The Christchurch and District Concert Band are a community based, Not for Profit Organization, promoting the enjoyment of music through learning, performing and audience involvement.
• They are the Town Band of Christchurch and were presented a Meritorious Award from Christchurch Borough Council for their services and involvement in the community.  Founded just 7 years ago, their vision is one of musical unity – regardless of race, ability, gender, or financial standing; music should be available to all.
